1. Preparing for Your Appointment

Clean & Dry Nails: Please arrive with clean, dry nails, ready to be pampered. If you have leftover product on your nails, we recommend adding a soak-off service to your booking. We’ll ensure your set starts perfectly!
Design Inspiration: Bring any screenshots, nail art inspiration, or color swatches you love. The more details you provide, the better we can match your vision and bring your dream nails to life. ✨
Payment: Payment is accepted via Zelle or Cash only. If paying with cash, kindly let us know in advance if change is needed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your spot to another client.
Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee before rebooking. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our business.
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is given for all appointments. If you arrive excessively late, we may need to cancel your appointment to keep the schedule running smoothly.

For safety and comfort, only the client receiving services may attend the appointment. Guests may attend only with prior approval. Please contact us ahead of time if you wish to bring someone.

While we maintain a safe and hygienic environment, Nails by Jenesis is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from services. Clients must inform the technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
